Zane and Sarah Bary, the friendly on-site managers, are available to provide support and assistance to help students to feel at home and welcome in their new environment.
The Village offers a range of affordable student share accommodation located in Sippy Downs beside the University on the Sunshine Coast. Modern 2-share and 3-share villas are available, many with en-suite bathrooms and lock-up garages.
Recreation facilities include 2 leisure pools, a 25 metre lap pool, a flood lit tennis court and shaded BBQ areas.
The University of the Sunshine Coast campus is only a few minutes walk away. Public transport and shopping facilities are also within easy walking distance, which makes your stay at The Village convenient and enjoyable.
